How can I add my customers?
You can connect one Xero organisation, upload a CSV or XLSX file, or add customers manually. MYOB and QuickBooks support is planned.
Can I choose when requests and reminders send?
Yes. You choose the initial delay and can configure up to ten reminders. SMS requests respect the local 6am to 11pm send window; email does not use the same window.
Can I change what the message says?
Yes. You can write the message in your own words and adjust the campaign settings so the request sounds like a genuine follow-up from your business.
How does the thumbs-up/thumbs-down flow work?
A customer taps thumbs up or thumbs down after receiving the request. Thumbs up sends them towards your Google review page; thumbs down opens private feedback for your business. A thumbs up shows review intent, not a verified submission.
How does pricing work?
Pricing has two parts: a flat software subscription billed monthly or yearly, plus the SMS you use. Higher plans include a lower per-SMS rate, while plan allowances and other details vary by plan.
