How can I add my customers?

You can either connect your Xero account, upload a custom spreadsheet, or add customers by typing them in. We also have plans to support MYOB and QuickBooks accounts in the near future.

Can I choose when review requests are sent out?

Yes. You control when the first message goes out and can schedule follow-ups as you like. You can also send a review request instantly whenever you need.

Can I change what the message says?

Yes. You can write the message in your own words so requests sounds like a genuine message from your business.

How does the thumbs-up/thumbs-down flow work?

When a customer gets the request, they tap thumbs up or thumbs down. Thumbs up sends them to your Google review page whilst thumbs down opens a private feedback form which gets sent to your email so that you can resolve the issue privately.

How does pricing work?

You start with a flat monthly or yearly subscription whilst the SMS's sent to your customers are billed separately, this way you pay for what you use.
